JYOTI AUTOS (INDIA) is  an ISO-9001:2000 certified engineering company, engaged in manufacturing of three wheeler tuktuk parts and motorcycle parts since 1981 in the industrial city Ludhiana .We have a manufacturing & ware house facility spread across 79000 Sq. feet area We have a gamut of machines consisting of CNC lathes, CNC linear tooling machines,special purpose Turning machines ,Traub machines, Band saw machines,Hydraulically operated Milling machines, gear shapers, spline rolling machines, gear hobbing ,gear shavers, Tooth rounding machines,  Vertical & horizontal Broaching machines, cylindrical grinders, centre less grinders, surface grinders , super finishing grinding  machines,special purpose horizontal & vertical drilling   machines ,Hydraulic & power presses, High production servo based deep Drilling Machines, Tapping Machines , Mig welding machines , pipe cutting machines ,pipe bending machines ,spot welding machines, Robotic & auto mated welding machines .Our product finishing section ,consists of chemical JET cleaning machines, belt grinders ,vibrators, laser marking machines ,phosphating plant ,shot blast plant & powder coating plant .Our quality control section has Japanese & German make digital precision measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, surface plates, micrometers, digital height gauges,  Bore gauges ,Air gauges ,high speed steel make plug gauges, snap gauges ,receiving gauges, Dial comparator stands, Bench center ,Depth gauges ,RA Value testers & gear roll testers.Our materials testing equipments are spectrometer ,tensile testers and hardness testers & profile projector.We have 24 hour power back up facility three tier warehouse facility for timely execution of orders,In house stuffing facilty,fork lifters & conveyers for stuffing of containers.We have tie ups with various other manufacturing units which are doing fabrication for us or provide products as per our specifications,That enables us to provide a unmatchable range of products.
