Our gears are made from tested 20 MNCR5 or SAE 8620 materials to ensure it’s longevity , these are machined on CNC lathes and imported gear shapers & shavers according to the application. For heat treatment of gear parts, we use sealed quench furnace for optimum results of the process.  Hardness of 55 HRC is retained after tempering process .Our all gear box & differential components give a longer life cycle than others & hence enjoy a bigger customer preference in the market.
