Our Half Axle /sleeves are made from solid steel bar in EN8-D tested materials. We are proudly, the only manufacturer in after market, having made this component in solid steel, unlike others made from tube(pipe). To add on, our all machining process of the sleeve is done on high precision CNC Plants. The drilling, boring, turning operations are done in one go on CNC lathe to make it centric & thus it keeps wheel spinning aligned. Our sleeves have bearing diametric size maintained in _+5 microns. Threading operation, both in sleeve & nut are in Go- Not go gauges complying to iso-B standards. Due to all these unique features , our Half Axles have our life cycle up four times than ordinary half axles.
