We manufacture kick ratchets ,self starters gears in tested 20MNCR5 materials for gearless scooters. These are turned on CNC lathes & teeth cutting is done on imported gear shapers, gear hobbying machines. These gears are hardened & tempered in sealed quench furnace for optimum result of the process.
