Our Pivot Pins are made from 16MNCR5 tested materials on high precision CNC lathes. These suspension pins are hard & tempered .After tempering, hardness of 55 HRC is maintained & desired grain structure is obtained. These are grinded on high precision grinders to assure it’sdesired RA value & accuracy within  _+2 microns & centricity up to  _+5 microns. Bearings are fitted using high precision rollers made in EN31 grade steel. The Dura hard technology used in heat treatment process ensure low wear & non breakage property to the suspension pin.
