Our steering column bearing sets are made from tested EN8-D materials on precision CNC Linear tooling machines, before & after heat treatment processes Our steering column bearing are made in tolerance of  _+20 microns,using German & Swedish cutting tools. The ball cage used is also made on imported machines whose dies are developed in taiwan .A correct blend of nylon & DU PONT is made to withstand the extreme road & weather conditions. The steel ball fitted are of SAE 52100 grade.
