All our flanges are made in EN8-D  tested materials.These are machined on precision CNC lathes from round forging ensuring its centricity. These are broached on a vertical broaching station to ensure it’s centricity after broaching. Our flange is hardened & tempered, Hardness  of 58 HRC is retained after tempering.  After heat  treatment process, flanges are shot blasted to achieve desired surface finishing before hard turning.
